During this initial appointment, your physiotherapist will perform a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your condition. This assessment helps us create an effective treatment plan that aligns with your health objectives.

How much insurance covers?
We can help to check your coverage amount and eligibility. Depending on how your insurance policy you only pay the amount that is not covered by your insurance.
However you always call your insurance provider to check your maximum coverage amount per calendar year and deductibles.

Do you Bill Directly to ICBC & WorkSafeBC
We are part to WorkSafeBC & ICBC health care Network.
For ICBC Car Accident injury Date was within last 12 weeks, we do not charge any user fee & treatment cost is 100% covered. Check more info here.
For WorkSafeBC injury Date was within last 60 days, we do not charge any user fee & treatment cost is 100% covered for allowed Claims. Initial Assessment is free for Pending or not approved Claims. Check more info here.

Do I need to a Doctor's Refferal?
No Doctors referal is needed. You can book an appointment online, call, email or use Contact now button from bottom right corner of this page
However please bring your BC MSP CareCard, a piece of Photo ID. Additionally make sure that your have information related to your injury like ICBC / WorkSafeBC Claim number and/or medical records like MRI/CTSCAN’s
