Physiotherapy Gift Cards in Langley, BC 🎁

Olive Physiotherapy gift cards are valid for redemption at Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, Downtown Langley City, BC only. Gift cards may be redeemed toward the cost of any clinical service offered at the clinic including physiotherapy, registered massage therapy (RMT), and acupuncture. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, credit, or against other promotional discounts. Gift cards hold no cash surrender value. Redemption is subject to service availability and appointment scheduling.

Olive Physiotherapy gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be printed or noted on the gift card at time of issuance. Gift cards not redeemed within 12 months of purchase will expire and the remaining balance will be forfeited. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Olive Physiotherapy clinic management — please contact us at 672-888-0077 or [email protected] before your card expires if you require an extension.

Gift cards may be used for partial payment toward a service — the remaining balance is retained on the gift card for future use within the validity period. If the cost of the service exceeds the gift card balance, the recipient is responsible for paying the outstanding amount by another accepted payment method (Visa, Mastercard, debit, or cash). Gift card balances cannot be transferred to another gift card or combined with other promotional offers.

Olive Physiotherapy gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If the card is lost, stolen, or damaged, Olive Physiotherapy is not responsible for replacing the card or its remaining value unless a purchase record can be verified by our administrative team. Gift cards are non-transferable between clinic locations (Olive Physiotherapy operates at one location — Downtown Langley City, BC). Resale of gift cards is not permitted.

Gift card value cannot be applied against treatments already fully funded by ICBC, WorkSafe BC, or extended health insurance with direct billing — i.e. if your plan covers 100% of a session with no patient co-pay, the gift card has no applicable portion to discount. If a session is only partially covered by insurance and the patient has a remaining balance, the gift card value may be applied to that outstanding portion. Patients receiving ICBC or WorkSafe BC treatment are still warmly welcomed at Olive Physiotherapy.

Corporate clients and businesses purchasing gift cards in bulk (5 or more cards) may be eligible for special pricing or custom branded gift card packaging. Corporate gift card purchases are subject to these same general terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Olive Physiotherapy management.

By purchasing or redeeming an Olive Physiotherapy gift card, both the purchaser and recipient agree to these terms and conditions in full. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Olive Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All disputes arising from gift card purchase or redemption will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
